Combining plyometrics, calisthenics, weight training, and mobility work, this class trains your body to be ready for anything life throws your way — and then some.

Why The Lab?
The Lab Training Facility is a family, friendly coach-led Group Facility with a 24 hour Weight Room.
Leo Simonetti is the owner and he has dedicated his life to service, leadership, and fitness.
After graduating from Cooper High School in 2009, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving from 2010 to 2014, including serving two tours in Afghanistan. Following his military service, he pursued his passion for fitness, earning both his bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science and his master's degree in Kinesiology from Hardin Simmons University in 2018.
Leo joined The Lab as a coach in 2018, where his dedication and expertise quickly set him apart.
In January 2022, he and his wife Jessica became the owners of The Lab. They have two incredible sons, Logan and Declan.
In addition to running his business, Leo serves as an adjunct professor at Hardin-Simmons University, sharing his knowledge and experience with future professionals in the field.
Whether in the gym, the classroom, or at home with family, Leo is dedicated to inspiring and leading those around him, helping others achieve their fitness and performance goals.
